My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of spending the weekend at The Delamar Westport, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were proactive, highly attentive, and genuinely friendly—always ready to lend a hand with a smile. Our room was spotless and exquisitely decorated, with elegant, high-end touches that reflected true attention to detail. What impressed us most was the thoughtful emphasis on comfort and safety. The room featured beautifully integrated safety bars placed in all the right locations, and the doorways and counters were wide enough to seamlessly accommodate a wheelchair. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm, welcoming, and luxurious without feeling pretentious. It’s clear that the hotel is exceptionally well run under the leadership of General Manager Kevin Gross, whose commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of the guest experience. Unfortunately, we hadn’t made a reservation at The Dandelion restaurant—but we heard other guests leaving with glowing reviews, so we’ll be sure to plan ahead next time. I recently stayed at The Delamar Westport location for a girls’ trip and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and spotless. We had dinner at the on site restaurant, the Dandelion, and it was one of the most beautiful spaces to eat and catch up with friends. As the night went on, we enjoyed their DJ and a creative drink menu. It was the perfect place to relax and feel taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel where everything is just fresh like the precious oil which, poured over the head, runs down over Aaron's beard, Delamar Westport is this destination. As soon as you drive in and/or walk-ins in the parking lot, you feel the positive vibes. From bellman pass by the front desk team to housekeeping, Delamar Westport is well equipped to make your escape moment (for work or pleasure) an unforgettable moment. I tasted it and I adopted it. I didn’t stay at the Delamar hotel, but we stopped in to dine at Dandelion and I was genuinely blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. Christian Soriano did an incredible job designing the space. It’s stylish, thoughtfully curated, and somehow still feels warm and inviting instead of overly done. The whole atmosphere elevates the dining experience and makes you want to come back again just to soak it all in. Highly recommend stopping in, even if it’s just for dinner.

This stay was incredibly special and meaningful for me and my friends. It was a one-night getaway with six close friends who all lead very busy lives. Years ago, we tried to meet monthly, but as our families grew, coordinating schedules became harder and harder. We finally made this trip happen, and despite some of us facing challenges leaving our homes—even if just for one night—we were all able to come together. For me, it was my very first night away from my six-month-old baby, and it was absolutely worth it. We had dinner at the hotel’s beautiful and cozy restaurant, Dandelion, where we shared our “words of the year” over amazing food and drinks. Everything was so fresh and thoughtfully prepared—my favorite dish was the hummus, which tasted incredibly fresh. The drinks were light, airy, refreshing, and not overly sweet at all. You could truly taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. After dinner, some of us stayed behind at the bar, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Everywhere we went, the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Later, we gathered in one of the rooms and ended the night in pajamas, making keychains for our lip glosses and bingo cards filled with our intentions for the year. We stayed up all night laughing, catching up, and reconnecting while snow softly fell outside into the early morning—it was magical. When it was time to leave, our valet attendant, Lucas, went above and beyond. He cleaned the snow off our cars before bringing them around! He was so kind and thoughtful—we absolutely appreciated him. This stay gave us something we didn’t even realize how much we needed: time, connection, and memories we’ll always cherish. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to return.

This is a luxurious hotel with incredible service. It is decorated in modern and tasteful ways and the furnishings are comfortable and cozy as well as stylish. The decorator is Christian Sitiano. It is magnificent and very opulent with high end finishes. Everything is thoughtfully placed, and well done. The bed is comfortable and this time we brought two small rescue pups and they were treated like royalty with comfy bed supplied by the hotel. Treats and water bowls were also supplied, but my dogs have sensitive stomach so we passed on the treats and we brought our own water bowls. To make the experience even more outstanding, they give you turned down service including a yummy cookie when you arrive in a free water bottle. The second night you get a square of smooth chocolate All the bells and whistles are included. The food in the restaurant for breakfast which is included is delicious and nutritious. We had dinner at the Dandelion with our kids and everything was amazing and delicious . We love this place so much that we have booked future endeavors here. This is our new favorite and makes visiting our kids a pleasure. Our kids are even planning a staycation here. The ambience and service are well worth the visit.

Excellent experience at the Delamar in Westport. Very close to Fairfield so convenient for visits to FU. The rooms and common areas are nicely appointed and comfortable. Additional seating in mini-lounges is a nice touch to keep gatherings out of guest rooms. The guest rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower had excellent water pressure and got super hot. Slippers and robes included in the stay. Nice little seating area with table for work or enjoying a snack. Room was quiet and dark at night. HVAC worked well. The fitness center had everything I’d need for a workout. Breakfast in the Dandelion restaurant was perfect. A continental breakfast plus hot eggs, bacon, some avocado toast with egg. Parking can get tight in the lot, but valet was complimentary. All the staff at the property were very friendly and polite. Shout out to Frido at breakfast. Highly recommend.

We only stayed one night but it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were extremely nice and clean! Everyone we encountered was just so nice and went out of their way to be helpful…the person at the door, the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the person who drives the shuttle. They offered an umbrella and shuttle to take us across the street because it was snowing…so thoughtful! They care about customer service…truly a great experience!
